Having completed a 30+ year career in food service management, David easily transferred the skills of communication and anticipation of customer needs into a successful real estate career. The Keene native has high knowledge of the Monadnock Region, and enjoys living in the region again having moved back in 2000.David is pleased to announce that for eight of the last eleven years, he has been the top listing and sales producing agent in his office of twelve agents. Number one again in 2016. David completed in his third term as President of The Contoocook Valley Board of REALTORS® in 2016. He has been serving on that board since 2006, and continues in the position of Past President in 2017. In 2009, he was selected as REALTOR of the Year for the Contoocook Valley Board of REALTORS.He also enjoys volunteering and serving his community on other boards as well. He served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce and volunteers for Monadnock Family Services. He served on his towns Planning Board for five years and is presently the town's Zoning Board Chair. Community involvement has led to his being recognized by the NH Association of REALTORS as an Honor Society Member every year since 2007.By being a part of a blend of civic and industry related boards, "one can't help but stay in the loop and stay on top of trends in the communities you serve", according to David. David was EcoBroker certified in October of 2008, having completed an extensive 18 hour on-line course for licensed real estate professionals who care about the environment and want to help clients benefit from the energy-efficiency, "green" and healthier features of their homes and buildings.
